In 2009, a thematic inspection of the Geography department was conducted, but the inspection also examined the whole-school aspect of ‘community cohesion’ through the Geography department. The Geography department were delighted to be awarded the ‘outstanding’ grade, which is the highest possible. The full report can be read here.
