Oaklands is a very successful school described by Ofsted as “a very good school, which gives good Christian teaching as well as being a good school academically”.

OCS provides a supportive environment and induction programme for all new staff and is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The school is always looking  to appoint high quality staff. Shortage subjects include Science (Physics Chemistry and Biology), Maths and MFL.

Cover Assistants & Exam Invigilators

We are looking to increase our pool of Cover Assistants, who look after classes when a teacher is absent. We are also looking for Exam Invigilators whose role is to supervise with other exam invigilators whilst students are sitting their public examinations in May and June this year
