History at KS4
Many of our students opt to study History at the end of Year 9 and indeed many stay on with us at ‘A’ level. At GCSE level Oaklands History students study the OCR Modern World Syllabus with a controlled period of coursework.
This course explores major developments in International Relations in the first half of the Twentieth Century and three in-depth studies of regional history.
