Hampshire Police and Oaklands Catholic School are pleased to offer you the opportunity to attend a Cyber Safety workshop. The letter attached
is from PCSO Lee Haywood who has worked with and supported us as a school around issues related to sexting, cyberbullying and child exploitation. He is leading the workshops and a member of the Oaklands pastoral team will be present at each of the five sessions so that between us, we can take questions from you and discuss the approach that the police and schools are jointly taking to these issues.
There are 5 workshops lasting approximately 45 minutes running throughout the day on Thursday February 22nd
and we hope we have selected a range of times to enable you to find one you could attend. Places are limited to 45 adults per session so please email your reply slip
to secure a place.
You will be notified if you have got your preferred time slot or offered an alternative if not. If demand exceeds the number of places available Lee and I will look to see if we can offer a second day.
Many thanks in advance for your support for this initiative.
Deputy Head and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
