Dear Parent / Carer
Tennis passes for the summer term 2018 are now available and can be obtained from Student Services. Students will be issued with a pass which permits them to use the courts, when they are free, between 3.35pm-5.30pm weekdays only during the summer term. This is an unsupervised activity and parents are to be aware that the school is unable to guarantee that a qualified first aider will be on site.
It is important that students (and parents) read and follow the code of conduct printed on the reverse of the tennis pass.
Best wishes
Mrs Oldroyd

Code of Conduct:

· You must be able to show this pass when asked otherwise you will be asked to leave the courts
· Appropriate standards of behaviour are expected from all players using the courts. Anyone abusing this privilege will be asked to leave and will have their pass removed
· At the end of play, players must leave the school site / be collected promptly.
· Only students of Oaklands Catholic School and Sixth Form College will be issued with a pass and allowed to play on the school courts
· Friends and siblings who do not attend the school are not permitted to play or spectate.
· Parents are to be aware that the school is unable to guarantee that a qualified first aider will be on site for this unsupervised activity
           · Parents must collect their children from the main drive only.
